Our housing model helps reduce common barriers that delay placement by making housing ready for immediate occupancy and easier coordination between providers and families.
We are open to aligning with the placement structure preferred by each organization. These can include master lease agreements, per client contracts, or invoice based billing depending on funding structure. Our goal is to integrate smoothly into existing systems agencies use.

Yoozer LLC aims to create dignified Housing pathways for families who are often excluded from traditional rental markets. Many households experiencing instability face barriers such as credit requirements, furnishing costs, language barriers, or immigration status. Our housing model removes these barriers.
Yoozer LLC prioritizes culturally responsive and multilingual communication to foster trust centered service delivery.
In addition to providing Stabilization housing, Yoozer has explored partnerships with local food producers to support access to fresh produce. We believe strengthening food security can play an important role in helping families regain stability.
